Timothy Brothwell grew up in Lee, New Hampshire and earned his bachelor’s degree from Keene State College. Immediately following undergrad, Tim worked as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company. This unique insider-perspective from the other side of the “v” gives Tim an edge in negotiating personal injury cases with insurance companies.

After working in the insurance industry, Tim traveled extensively, including living in the United States Virgin Islands. Upon his return to the United States to live in Montana where he attended the University of Montana School of Law. While in law school, Tim worked as a legal intern for a private Montana law firm, handling a wide variety of practice areas including personal injury and criminal defense. While in school, he worked as a clinic intern with the Montana Office of the State Public Defender, where he gained valuable experience representing clients in Court proceedings. Tim also served as the Managing Editor of the Montana Law Review, where he sharpened his attention to detail.
Tim zealously advocates for his injury clients and pushes back when insurance companies refuse to honor their policies and refuse to compensate injured parties adequately. In DUI cases, Tim works hard to ensure that clients receive the most vigorous defense available. Tim leaves no stone unturned in investigating the claims brought against our clients.
When Tim is not representing clients, you can find him hiking in various mountain ranges throughout the Northwest.
